Unser nächstes Übernachtungsziel war Gizycko (ehem. Lötzen). Hier hatte ich ein Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht.
Da wir noch jede Menge Zeit bis zum Einchecken hatten, haben wir erst mal eine Bootstour gemacht.
Das Wetter war optimal, die Sonne brannte, aber der frische Wind auf den Seen machte es erträglich.
Our next overnight destination was Gizycko (formerly Lötzen). Here I had booked a hotel for 2 nights. Since we still had a lot of time until check-in, we first went on a boat tour. The weather was perfect, the sun was hot, but the fresh wind on the lakes made it bearable.
Die masurischen Seen sind fast alle untereinander verbunden. Wenn nicht auf natürliche Weise, so doch über Kanäle. Es gibt hier super viele Segler und Jachten, die zwischen den Seen hin und her cruisen.
Almost all of the Masurian lakes are interconnected. If not naturally, then through channels. There are so many sailors and yachts that cruise back and forth between the lakes.
Unser Hotel war noch relativ neu. Sämtliche Zimmer waren einem Thema zugeordnet. Wir hatten das Afrika-Zimmer, mit afrikanisch anmutenden Möbeln und einem großen Nashorn über dem Bett. 
Our hotel was still relatively new. All rooms were assigned a theme. We had the Africa room, with African-style furniture and a large rhinoceros over the bed.
Die Duschkabine war sehr modern.
The shower cubicle was very modern.
